We don’t do ordinary at Twix Continuum. We build high-end cinema and elite digital strategies. As we rapidly expand, we are looking for a powerhouse leader with an owner and founder mindset to step in and manage the entire creative and operational ecosystem of the company.
In this role, you aren't just managing tasks; you are taking complete ownership of the vision. You will lead the creative scripting process from the initial spark to the final blueprint—mapping out structural script planning for high-production commercials and trend-setting digital content. Alongside driving the creative core, you will run the company's machinery: educating and mentoring our internal team of videographers and writers, managing client coordination flawlessly, and structuring our social media roadmap. We need someone who treats this business as their own, bridging raw artistic chaos with disciplined operational execution.
