Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and growth-oriented Head of Sales to lead enterprise, corporate, and agency sales for ZUUMM. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in the travel industry, strong B2B relationships, and the ability to scale revenue across corporate travel, holidays, and partner distribution channels.
This role will be responsible for building and leading the sales function, driving strategic partnerships, acquiring enterprise clients, and expanding agency networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales growth across Corporate Travel, Holidays, MICE, and Agency Partnerships
- Build and manage relationships with corporates, travel agencies, and strategic partners
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Lead enterprise negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial closures
- Build and mentor high-performing sales teams across regions
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and channel partnerships
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve customer experience and retention
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
- Maintain strong pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting discipline
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in travel sales, corporate travel, or B2B travel partnerships
- Prior experience working in travel companies, OTAs, TMCs, DMCs, or holiday/travel-tech businesses
- Strong network within corporates, travel agencies, or the enterprise travel ecosystem
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and scaling partnerships
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-growing environment
Preferred:
Exposure to corporate travel procurement or agency distribution models
Experience handling national or regional sales teams
