Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for the Head of Corporate Sales, with the primary location in the Pune Division and the flexibility for some remote work. The Head of Corporate Sales will design and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing and leading sales teams, developing and managing key accounts, driving relationship management efforts, and identifying strategic growth opportunities. The role also requires monitoring market trends, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating across teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven capabilities in Business Planning, Sales, and Strategic Revenue Growth
- Demonstrated expertise in Team Management and Team Leadership to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team
- Extensive experience in Account Management and relationship-building with corporate partners
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in logistics and supply chain industries is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
