Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Head of Corporate Sales to build and scale our B2B revenue engine.
This is a founding leadership role where you will lead corporate sales end-to-end — from acquiring enterprise clients to building and managing the sales team.
You will work directly with the founders on revenue, strategy, and key partnerships.
What You’ll Own- Drive end-to-end B2B sales (lead generation → closing → account growth)
- Build and manage relationships with HR, Admin, and Procurement leaders
- Close high-value enterprise deals across engagement programs, events, and managed services
- Build and scale the corporate sales team
- Create and refine the sales playbook for growth
- Work closely with founders on pricing, positioning, and GTM strategy
Who We’re Looking For- 4–8+ years in B2B / enterprise sales (events, HR solutions, SaaS, or services preferred)
- Strong track record of closing high-value deals
- Experience managing or building sales teams
- Strong understanding of consultative / solution selling
- High ownership mindset and comfort working in a 0→1 startup environment
- Existing network in HR / corporate ecosystem is a strong plus
