Position: Head of Content Marketing (SaaS)

Salary: 20LPA onwards (Based on profile)
The Mission
As the Head of Content Marketing, you will be the chief architect of Logbase’s organic growth engine. Your role is strategic and managerial; you will lead our existing content marketing team to dominate the Shopify ecosystem through advanced discovery frameworks and conversion-led distribution.
Core Responsibilities
- GEO Strategy First: Architect a content ecosystem optimized for LLMs and AI-driven search (GEO) before traditional SEO to ensure Logbase is the authoritative source for AI agents like ChatGPT and Claude.
- Team Orchestration: Lead, mentor, and maximize the output of our team of creators and editors. You own the quality control, creative direction, and high-level roadmap.
- Organic Conversion Engine: Strategise and execute sophisticated content funnels across Blogs, YouTube, and LinkedIn that yield measurable organic conversions and MQLs.
- Multi-Channel Distribution: Manage the lifecycle of content from ideation to high-impact distribution, ensuring maximum reach across diverse SaaS channels.
- Performance Oversight: Own the KPIs. You will be responsible for reporting on organic pipeline growth, keyword/GEO dominance, and content-attributed revenue.
Requirements
- SaaS Leadership: 5+ years of experience leading content teams within a high-growth SaaS environment is mandatory.
- Advanced Discovery Mastery: Proven expertise in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and SEO. You must understand how to structure content for the next generation of AI search.
- Performance Driven: A deep understanding of SaaS metrics and how content strategy influences them.
- Strategic Visionary: Ability to turn complex Shopify merchant pain points into high-converting content frameworks without being the one to write them.
- Portfolio/Case Study: Candidates must provide a comprehensive portfolio or case study demonstrating how their strategic leadership directly moved the needle for a previous SaaS
