Beshak's content makes people ask better questions. It gives them the vocabulary to push back on a pushy agent. It helps them understand what fine print actually means. In a category where most content exists to sell, ours exists to inform. That's the edge. The job is to turn that edge into real, measurable growth.
What this role is
You run the creative content studio at Beshak, like a founder.
This is a growth role purely driven through Content. You'll lead experiments in varied formats, analyse each of them, and help craft the right content strategy - building long term IPs, brand recall for Beshak with a team of creative leads, designers, video editors.
Channels in order of priority: YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, newsletter, Instagram.
What you'll do
Own everything content - right from crafting the right strategy, and execution.
Strategize, plan experiments, measure, decide what gets made, when, and why. Brief writers, designers, and video editors and hold the quality bar.
Beshak's content is specific and in-depth. It doesn't talk down to readers. That standard doesn't slip as output scales.
Track what's moving, the right metrics, search rankings, retention, CTR, brand search volume, and use that to decide what to double down on. Bring in new formats when the data or your instinct says it's time. Build the team where gaps show up.
What we're looking for
2 to 4 years running content for a B2C brand where you owned the channel, not just contributed to it. A portfolio that shows organic metrics actually moved because of what you built. Traffic, search, leads, something concrete.
Experience managing writers, designers, and video editors. Someone who thinks about distribution and analytics as seriously as content itself.
In-house startup experience is preferred. Agency background is fine if you can show clear ownership over what you built and what it did.
Insurance background is not required. If you've built content around complex topics, that earns trust in any B2C category, we want to talk.
Hiring process
Four stages. First a short screening form. Then an interview if you're selected. Then an assignment. Then you present it.
Your first 90 days
You'll spend time with the founders understanding where Beshak is going and why. You'll talk to customers, review the current content strategy, propose changes based on what the analytics are actually saying, map the team's capabilities, and identify gaps. Then you start executing, analysing, and adjusting.
