Location: Bangalore, Koromangala
Workdays: Monday - Saturday
Working Hours: 10am to 7pm
Working Model: Onsite
Budget: 18 LPA + ESOPS

This is not a typical social media role. This is for someone who understands media, storytelling, and brand-building at a deep level and can execute at speed.
You will work directly with the founder and own the end-to-end content engine: from ideation → scripting → shooting → publishing → iteration.
At Jumo, we don’t believe virality is luck. A strong story, packaged well, travels. That belief must be core to how you think and operate. Over the last couple of months, we have already built our brand handle to >500k followers, built entirely around curiosity-led storytelling. Now, we’re guiding that audience towards Jumo and the brand launch with supply in place.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive Jumo’s organic social content strategy
- Ideate, script, shoot, and publish content daily
- Build repeatable formats that consistently drive millions of views and shares
- Study high-performing global content across platforms and implement learnings fast
- Collaborate with design, video, and growth teams to elevate output quality
- Help shape Jumo’s brand voice, storytelling style, and cultural relevance
- Experiment relentlessly with formats, narratives, and hooks
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of content, storytelling, and internet culture
- Strong taste-what works, what doesn’t, and why
- Ability to move fast: ideate in the morning, shoot in the afternoon, post by evening
- Experience in scriptwriting, filmmaking, or video-first content creation
- High curiosity and ability to learn and apply quickly
- Obsession with content watching, reading, analyzing constantly
- Ownership mindset and comfort working directly with founders

- Not a role for someone who wants slow timelines or heavy approvals
- Not for candidates who rely on “viral luck”
- Not for those who don’t enjoy consuming and creating content every single day
