Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in India for the position of Head of Compliance. The Head of Compliance is responsible for overseeing all compliance operations, monitoring regulatory adherence, and developing policies to ensure legal standards are met. Core responsibilities include identifying risks, implementing corrective measures, conducting training programs, and establishing processes to maintain compliance. The role works collaboratively with internal departments to continuously enhance performance, ensure ethical practices, and mitigate potential risks effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of compliance laws, government regulations, and ethical standards specific to the healthcare and revenue cycle management sectors
- Proficiency in risk assessment, regulatory reporting, and developing compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated skills in communication, team leadership, and strategic planning
- Experience in policy creation, staff training, and process improvement
- Analytical mindset with the ability to implement solutions for complex compliance challenges
- Educational qualification in Law, Business Administration, Compliance Management, or a relevant field
- Certification in compliance or risk management (e.g., CCEP, CRMA) is a strong advantage
- Experience in the healthcare industry or revenue cycle management is highly preferred
