Role Overview
Lead the design and execution of global compensation and benefits programs across multiple regions. Ensure alignment of pay structures, incentives, and rewards strategies with business goals while maintaining competitiveness and internal equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement global compensation & benefits frameworks
- Manage salary structures, benchmarking, and pay positioning
- Lead job architecture and grading frameworks
- Oversee incentive programs and variable pay structures
- Manage share-based / equity compensation programs (ESOPs)
- Ensure compliance with global and local regulations
- Partner with HR and business leaders across regions
Requirements
- 15+ years in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits
- Experience in global or regional rewards role
- Strong expertise in compensation design and benchmarking
- Experience with equity / share-based compensation
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
