Role Description
Job Title: Brand & Communications Lead (End-to-End)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-impact Communications Lead to own our brand’s narrative across every touchpoint. You will bridge the gap between product utility and brand storytelling—writing the UX microcopy that guides users, the marketing campaigns that acquire them, the PR stories that build our authority, and the thought-leadership content for our Founder’s personal brand.
Key Responsibilities
Product & UX Writing:
Craft intuitive microcopy for app screens, onboarding flows, and notifications to ensure a seamless user journey.
Marketing & Lifecycle Comms:
Write high-converting sales copy for ads, landing pages, and Email/WhatsApp/Push automation sequences.
Branding & Strategic
Positioning:
Define and guard the Brand Voice & Tone; ensure consistency from the website to the support chat.
Translate complex product features into simple, emotional value propositions.
Founder Brand & Thought
Leadership:
Ghostwrite insightful posts, engage with industry leaders, and build a distinct executive presence.
Identify "hot takes" and industry trends to position the Founder as a key opinion leader.
PR & Earned Media:
Draft press releases, media pitches, and guest articles to secure coverage in relevant publications.
Handle basic media relations and coordinate speaking opportunities or podcast appearances.
Requirements & Skills
The "Full-Stack" Writer:
Min 10 years of experience spanning UX writing, direct-response marketing, and PR.
Social Native:
Deep understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and how to write viral yet professional long-form content.
Strategic Storyteller:
Ability to switch "hats" instantly—from a functional error message to a visionary PR pitch.
Tools: Proficient in Figma (design), Email/WhatsApp CRM (automation), digital media and LinkedIn Analytics.
Executive Presence:
Comfortable interviewing the Founder to extract ideas and turn them into polished content.
Success Metrics
Increased conversion rates across Email/WhatsApp funnels.
Growth in Founder’s LinkedIn reach and engagement.
Successful media placements and consistent brand sentiment.
