What Youll Do
- Nurture and grow key client relationships by being a trusted advisor to client management and working as an objective insider and advocate for the entire client organization
- Lead growth of existing accounts, develop and manage projects and programs, including strategies, implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms, timelines and budgets
- Provide proactive leadership to accounts, staff and clients
- Act with a high degree of independence; holds responsibility for overall account relationships
- Maintain and grow existing accounts, establishing relationships with key client contacts and ensuring that client/agency relationships exists on multiple levels and grow over time.
- Develop and direct new business programs, including participating in the new business process from start to finish
- Coaching, involving and inspiring the growth and development of junior team members by providing consistent feedback, training, and growth opportunities
What Youll Need
- 4+ years of agency experience in advertising/PR
- 4+ years of experience in Client Services.
- Lead projects including strategy, execution, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, digital, etc.)
- Strong business abilities and financial acumen to deliver work on time and on budget
- Ability to multi-task and work across and lead multi-disciplinary teams including creative, communication and brand strategy, media, analytics, digital, core delivery functions and finance
