Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Head of Call Center. Responsibilities include overseeing call center operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency. The Head of Call Center will lead and develop teams, foster effective communication, and ensure adherence to best practices and company goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement is also a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Call Center Administration and managing Contact Center operations efficiently
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Proven ability to lead initiatives aimed at optimizing Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
- Experience with CRM software and call center tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
