Role Description
The Head of Business Operations will oversee and optimize the company's daily activities and operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. Responsibilities include business planning, managing and improving operational processes, enhancing financial performance, and leading cross-functional teams. The role will require close collaboration with key stakeholders and contribute to the strategic growth of the organization. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Business Operations and Operations Management
- Exceptional Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Planning
- Proficiency in Finance, including budgeting and financial analysis
- Proven leadership capabilities and experience in team management
- Ability to design and optimize processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Experience in the education technology sector is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a strategic mindset
