We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Management to lead and scale our business.

- 📅 Loan tenure: 7–45 days
- 💰 Loan size: ₹5,000 – ₹1,00,000
- 🎯 Focused exclusively on salaried professionals

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive business strategy, growth, and P&L for SalaryTopUp
- Lead credit underwriting and collections strategy in a payday lending environment
- Build and refine credit policies aligned with short-term loan products
- Strengthen collections efficiency and portfolio performance
- Scale customer acquisition, partnerships, and distribution channels
- Ensure full compliance with RBI regulations
- Monitor and improve KPIs, risk metrics, and unit economics
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- ✅ 5+ years of experience in NBFCs, specifically in payday/short-term lending
- ✅ Strong, hands-on expertise in credit underwriting and collections
- ✅ Proven ability to manage and scale loan portfolios in a digital lending setup
- ✅ Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- ✅ Deep understanding of risk, compliance, and fintech ecosystems
