🚀 We’re Hiring: Head – Business Development (Holidays | Inbound & Domestic)
Are you passionate about driving growth in the travel & tourism space? We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead Holidays Business across inbound and domestic segments.
🔹 Role: Head – Business Development
🔹 Experience: 5–6+ years in a similar role
🔹 Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (IATA certification preferred)
🔹 CTC: ₹6 – 12 LPA
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business growth across branch, digital, corporate & agency channels
• Achieve organizational goals and revenue targets
• Build and manage partnerships with hotels, DMCs, airlines & travel tech providers
• Design and launch competitive holiday products aligned with market trends
• Train and guide sales teams with strong product orientation
• Lead sales visits to corporates, branches & travel partners
• Drive marketing initiatives including exhibitions, campaigns & promotions
