Head- Key Account Management (KAM) & Business Development

Whom we’re looking for:
1. 12–15 years of hardcore experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Development
2. Must be from Beauty & Personal Care / Skincare Third-party manufacturing (no brand-side profiles)
3. Strong industry network & relationships with leading brands and decision-makers
4. Proven track record of client acquisition, scaling accounts, and revenue growth
Role & Responsibilities (not limited to):
1. Lead and manage the BD / KAM function independently
2. Drive new business development and expand key client relationships
3. Own end-to-end client lifecycle - from NPD (New Product Development) to commercial delivery
4. Collaborate with R&D, operations, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
5. Build and nurture long-term partnerships through consistent client engagement & networking
6. Identify market trends and convert opportunities into a scalable business

Qualifications
- Proficient in Business Development & Key Account Management in Skincare Third Party Manufacturing to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Demonstrated ability in Team Management and Team Leadership to lead and inspire teams effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Prior experience in the Beauty & Personal Care industry is mandatory.
