Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon for the Head of Business Development. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, overseeing business planning, and creating strategies to drive revenue and market expansion. The candidate will manage client relationships through effective account management while developing a robust sales pipeline. Collaboration with internal teams to align business objectives and ensure the delivery of solutions to meet client needs is core to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Business Development and Account Management
- Proven expertise in Sales and driving revenue growth
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills coupled with Business Planning proficiency
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and mentoring teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in media or related industries would be an advantage
