Job Summary :
Orbosis Global Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head – Business Development to lead the company’s growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, generating revenue, and building long-term partnerships for IT services including Web Development, Mobile Applications, CRM Development, AI/ML solutions, Digital Marketing, and IT Infrastructure services.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Strategy- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company revenue goals.
- Identify new markets, industries, and potential clients for IT services.
- Expand the company’s presence across domestic and international markets.
Client Acquisition- Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and industry leaders.
- Represent the company in business meetings, networking events, and conferences.
Revenue Generation- Drive sales growth and project acquisition for the company.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize commercial agreements with clients.
Proposal & Deal Management- Lead the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
- Work closely with technical teams to design customized solutions for clients.
- Oversee deal closures and contract execution.
Relationship Management- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Build strategic alliances with technology partners and industry stakeholders.
Team Leadership- Lead and mentor the business development and sales team.
- Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.
Required Skills- Strong IT services sales and business development experience

Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT
