Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for the position of Head of Business Development. The Head of Business Development will lead the development and execution of strategies to drive revenue growth, build partnerships, and establish a strong market presence. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating across teams to align business goals. The role also involves analyzing market trends and competitor activities, preparing business proposals, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years in sales. minimum 3 years in EdTech sales
  • Strong expertise in Business Planning and Business Development strategies
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess market potential and drive data-based decisions
  • Proven experience in Sales and Account Management to build client relationships and increase revenue
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in the tech or cybersecurity industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and work in a high-paced environment
