This is a core revenue-driving leadership role.
You will be responsible for:
→ Generating and closing high-value industrial deals
→ Expanding domestic & international markets
→ Building long-term B2B relationships
→ Driving consistent revenue growth
This role is ideal for someone who understands how industrial sales actually work — relationship-first, trust-driven, and long-cycle.
→ Own monthly / quarterly / annual revenue targets
→ Identify new markets (domestic + export opportunities)
→ Expand presence in steel, foundry, and heavy manufacturing sectors
→ Build distributor / channel partnerships where required
→ Lead full sales cycle: Lead → Meeting → Sampling → Negotiation → Closure
→ Handle technical + commercial discussions with clients
→ Work closely with production for feasibility & timelines
→ Manage pricing strategy and deal structuring
→ Build relationships with large industrial clients (OEMs, steel plants, foundries)
→ Drive repeat orders and long-term contracts
→ Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction
→ Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities
→ Represent NOFAL in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
→ Build strong network across procurement heads, plant heads, and CXOs
→ Stay updated with market trends, raw material shifts, and pricing movements
→ Align with production, quality, and logistics teams
→ Ensure smooth order execution and dispatch
→ Monitor delivery timelines and client commitments
✔ 6–12+ years in industrial / manufacturing / B2B sales
✔ Experience in steel, alloys, chemicals, or related sectors
✔ Strong network with procurement / plant heads / OEM buyers
✔ Proven ability to close large-ticket deals
✔ Relationship-driven (not transactional seller)
✔ Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
✔ Ability to handle long sales cycles patiently
✔ High ownership and accountability
✔ Experience in export sales / international markets
✔ Existing client network in steel / foundry ecosystem
✔ Technical understanding of alloys / materials
