Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in West Delhi for a Head of Business Development. The role involves driving business growth by developing and implementing strategic plans, identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients. Additional responsibilities include overseeing account management activities, conducting market research to refine business strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and development objectives. Leadership and communication will be key to effectively managing and motivating the business development team.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Planning and strategic thinking skills
- Proficient Analytical Skills for market research and decision-making
- Expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Experience in Account Management, including fostering long-term client relationships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve business objectives
- Experience in the fields of automation, logistics, or clean technology is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
