We are looking for a high-performance Marketing Head with strong experience in solar project sales & marketing, who can drive revenue, lead generation, and business expansion.
🔹 Role Overview:
This is a target-driven leadership role responsible for generating business, closing solar projects, and scaling company growth through innovative marketing strategies.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead solar project sales & marketing
Develop and implement new marketing strategies
Generate high-quality leads (B2B / C&I / Govt / EPC)
Convert leads into revenue-generating solar projects
Drive monthly & quarterly sales targets
Build partnerships for business expansion
Optimize marketing funnel for higher conversion rates
🎯 Target & Performance:
Responsible for achieving monthly & quarterly revenue targets
Strong focus on lead-to-conversion ratio
Performance directly linked to incentives & growth
🔹 Reporting:
Direct reporting to the CEO
🔹 Requirements:
Proven experience in solar project sales & marketing (mandatory)
Strong network in solar industry
