Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Head to lead business growth, drive revenue, and expand market presence. The role involves developing strategies, managing key clients, and leading the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies
- Lead and manage the sales/business development team
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle key negotiations and deal closures
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Ensure timely collections and maintain sales reports (MIS)
Key Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management
- Expertise in B2B Sales / Business Development
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and market expansion ability
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
