We are seeking a Head of Business Development who can open the right doors — and turn conversations into sustained commercial value. This is not a transactional sales role. It is about building strategic growth pathways, forging leadership-level relationships, and positioning the organization where high-impact opportunities exist.
The ideal candidate understands markets deeply, reads industry shifts early, and builds long-term partnerships that drive structured revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
- Define and execute the company’s business development roadmap.
- Identify new sectors, geographies, and strategic accounts for expansion.
- Build entry strategies for new markets with clear positioning and differentiation.
- Develop partnership models that accelerate scale.
2. Leadership-Level Client Engagement
- Initiate and lead conversations with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers.
- Convert high-value prospects into long-term strategic clients.
- Design account growth strategies for enterprise relationships.
3. Revenue Pipeline & Opportunity Management
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline aligned with growth targets.
- Oversee deal structuring, commercial negotiations, and closure strategy.
- Ensure predictable revenue forecasting and opportunity tracking.
4. Brand Positioning & Strategic Alliances
- Strengthen the company’s presence across industry forums, networks, and leadership communities.
- Form alliances with ecosystem partners that create competitive advantage.
- Position the organization as a strategic growth partner rather than a service vendor.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Leadership teams to align growth strategy with operational capacity.
- Translate market insights into internal strategy improvements.
- Ensure seamless handover from acquisition to execution teams.

Qualifications

- Experience handling enterprise or high-value B2B accounts preferred.
