Brand Avatar is looking for a dynamic and driven Head of Business Development to lead strategic growth, partnerships, and revenue initiatives across our experiential marketing and integrated brand solutions ecosystem.
At Brand Avatar, we create high-impact experiences through events, activations, digital campaigns, branded IPs, entertainment properties, and strategic collaborations that drive visibility, engagement, and measurable outcomes for brands.
As part of the leadership team, you will work directly with top management to:
• Identify and drive new business opportunities
• Build strategic brand and client partnerships
• Lead sales and account growth initiatives
• Develop long-term business strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful projects
• Drive revenue growth and market expansion
We’re looking for someone with:
✔ Strong experience in Business Development & Sales
✔ Expertise in Strategic Partnerships & Account Management
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
✔ Proven ability to deliver growth in fast-paced environments
✔ Experience in marketing, branding, media, experiential, or event industries
