Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Business Development at Best Group, based in Gurugram for one of the business units. The role involves developing new business from the customers in the Automotive domain, forming business acquisition business strategies and executing the same, driving sales growth, managing key client accounts, and identifying new avenues to add products to the pipeline. Creation and managing of a healthy Sales funnel will be goal to set the growth objective. Responsibilities also include fostering relationships with stakeholders, conducting market analysis to identify trends, and leading a team to achieve strategic business objectives.

- Excellent contacts in the Automotive domain
- Tactical leader with excellent negotiation skills
- Customer centric with an attitude to close the issues and win the customers with results
- Strong expertise in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities and devise growth strategies
- Proven experience in Sales and Account Management to drive revenue growth and maintain client relationships
- Extensive skills and experience in Business Development to identify and capitalize on opportunities in target markets
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Understanding of market trends in Automotive domain, running forecasting models and support in business planning
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Prior leadership experience in a similar role managing teams and driving organizational growth strategies
