The Opportunity
AffEx Healthcare is transforming how India detects and manages chronic disease,
combining AI-powered diagnostics, deep tech platforms, and community health
infrastructure to reach populations that have never been reached before.
We're not looking for a manager. We're looking for a builder.
Someone with a founder's restlessness. A go-getter who doesn't wait for the

You will be mentored directly by Padma Vibhushan Dr. R.A. Mashelkar, Fellow
of the Royal Society, former Director-General of CSIR, and Chairman of the Anjani
Mashelkar Foundation. One of India's most celebrated innovators and the architect
of Gandhian Engineering, doing More From Less For More.
What you'll own
→ Build the business: P&L, partnerships, go-to-market
→ Drive AI & Deep Tech deployment at the frontlines of Indian healthcare
→ Scale into growth segments - government, corporate, NGOs, home- essentially, where an Indian needs early detection and monitoring of chronic conditions.
→ Represent AffEx to investors, policymakers, and the public.
You are:
✅ An enthusiastic self-starter with a founder's mindset
✅ Energised by hard problems, complexity is fuel, not friction
✅ As comfortable in a village PHC as in a boardroom
✅ Commercially sharp: you understand how money moves in healthcare
✅ Intellectually fearless about AI, regulation, and scale
✅ Driven by mission, not just ambition
What you bring:
→ MBA from a reputed institution (essential)
→ Demonstrated business-building track record (essential)
→ 10–15 years in healthcare, health tech, or allied sectors
→ Experience with government/institutional partnerships
→ Comfort with AI/Deep Tech products
