The Role
You'll own brand and performance, not one or the other. We don't believe in brand marketing that can't be measured, or performance marketing that has no soul.
You'll build the story, run the numbers, and make Epik the name people think of when they think premium beauty in India.
What You'll Do
Brand
- Define and own Epik's brand identity, voice, and positioning across every touchpoint
- Build a brand that feels luxury but never feels distant, aspirational and accessible at once
- Lead campaigns, collaborations, and moments that put Epik in the right rooms and right conversations
Performance
- Own CAC, LTV, ROAS, and actually care about them
- Build and scale paid channels (Meta, Google, programmatic) while keeping the brand premium
- Set up attribution, experimentation, and a data-backed creative pipeline
Growth
- Work closely with the founder and sales team to connect brand spend to real revenue
- Identify and open new channels, influencers, partnerships, events, community
- Turn our home demo model into a brand story that sells itself
You Should Be
- 8-12 years in — with real brand-building work you're proud of, ideally in luxury, beauty, lifestyle, or D2C
- Equally comfortable in a brand strategy deck and a Meta Ads dashboard
- Someone who's built something from early stage not just managed what already existed
- Obsessed with craft. You notice bad kerning, off-brand copy, and lazy creative before anyone else does
- Comfortable with ambiguity. We're scaling fast. Playbooks don't exist yet — you'll write them
Bonus Points
- Experience in luxury or premium consumer brands
- Built or scaled a D2C brand's marketing function from scratch
- Strong network in the creator/influencer ecosystem
- You've worked where brand and revenue sat at the same table
