Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for the Head of Brand & Community, based in Srinagar with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves shaping and executing brand and marketing strategies while fostering a strong sense of community among service providers and users. The selected candidate will oversee brand positioning, manage public relations efforts, and lead community engagement initiatives to strengthen trust and enhance the social impact of the HelpRush platform. Responsibilities include developing storytelling campaigns, monitoring brand performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Brand Strategy, Brand Management, and Brand Marketing
- Proficiency in Marketing and Public Relations
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to build and foster communities in both digital and offline settings
- Experience in developing strategies that combine technology, operations, and community engagement
- Knowledge of grassroots initiatives or exposure to social enterprise models is a strong plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
