Role Description
The Head of Brand & Campaign role is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai. The person in this role will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies and marketing campaigns that align with the company's vision and objectives. Responsibilities include managing the organization's brand identity, planning and implementing marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency, overseeing public relations efforts, and analyzing campaign performance to make data-driven decisions. The role requires a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Brand Strategy, Brand Management, and Brand Marketing to ensure cohesive and impactful brand development initiatives.
- Proven experience in Marketing, with a focus on designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns effectively.
- Proficiency in Public Relations to manage external communications, media relations, and brand reputation.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities to lead cross-functional teams and oversee project execution.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies for better outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a senior-level branding or marketing role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset are highly beneficial.
