Role Overview
Manam Chocolate is looking for an entrepreneurial and result-oriented Head – B2B Sales to lead and scale its corporate gifting, bulk sales, events, and HoReCa business across India.
This role requires a strong sales leader who can build relationships, drive revenue growth, create structured outreach programs, generate and nurture leads, and oversee end-to-end execution of B2B orders. The candidate will work closely with the marketing, operations, and fulfillment teams to build a scalable and high- performance B2B business vertical.

• Weddings & celebrations
• Events & bulk orders
• Premium gifting collections
• HoReCa partnerships
• Institutional and enterprise sales

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
• Drive B2B sales growth across India for gifting collections and chocolate products.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies for corporate clients, institutions, event planners, wedding planners, luxury brands, and HoReCa customers.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities across:
o Corporate gifting
o Weddings and celebrations
o Events and catering
o Premium bulk gifting
o Hotels, restaurants, cafés, and bakeries
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and conversion funnel. • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
Lead Generation & Relationship Management
• Build systems for lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer conversion. • Develop long-term relationships with enterprise and institutional clients.
• Collaborate with business development executives for prospecting,
coordination, and client servicing.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
HoReCa & Institutional Sales
• Expand the HoReCa business by driving adoption of semi-finished chocolate products among chefs, bakeries, cafés, hotels, and culinary institutions.
• Build partnerships with premium food-service accounts across India.
Sales Operations & Fulfillment
- Oversee order fulfillment coordination to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely servicing of orders.
- Create sales processes, SOPs, and reporting mechanisms.
Marketing Collaboration
• Work with the marketing team to develop:
o Sales collateral
o Product catalogs
o Corporate gifting presentations o Outreach campaigns
o Seasonal gifting campaigns
• Provide market insights and customer feedback for product and campaign development.
Performance Management & Metrics
• Define KPIs and sales metrics for the B2B vertical. • Track funnel performance including:
o Leads generated
o Conversion rates
o Revenue achievement o Repeat business
o Client retention
• Prepare periodic business reviews and sales forecasts for leadership.
Key Requirements
- ● 10–15+ years of experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, or corporate gifting.
- ● Experience in luxury food, FMCG, hospitality, gifting, premium retail, or HoReCa preferred.
- ● Strong network in corporate sales, events, hospitality, or premium consumer segments.
- ● Proven ability to build and scale revenue channels.
- ● Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- ● Hands-on approach with entrepreneurial mindset.
- ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- ● Ability to travel across India as required.
