About Tetr
Tetr College of Business is redefining business education through a global, 'learning-by-doing' model. Our master's programmes take students across the world's leading business hubs, combining academic rigour with real-world immersion. As we scale across the world's fastest-growing student markets, we are building our B2B and agent network function from the ground up.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Head of B2B Partnerships to own and lead Tetr's global agent network and B2B student recruitment charter. This is a leadership mandate: you will define the strategy, build the team, set the commercial framework, and be held accountable for enrollment outcomes across all regions. You will lead a team of regional B2B Partnership Managers and work closely with marketing, admissions, and leadership to make the agent channel a core growth engine for our master's programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Charter Ownership
- Own the end-to-end B2B and agent network charter, from market prioritisation to enrollment delivery
- Define the partnerships playbook, including agent segmentation, commercial terms, commission structures, and quality benchmarks
- Set region-wise pipeline and enrollment targets aligned with the organisation's growth plans
- Identify and evaluate new markets, channels, and partnership models as the function scales
Team Leadership
- Hire, build, and lead a team of regional B2B Partnership Managers across markets
- Coach the team on agent engagement, negotiation, and pipeline management
- Establish review cadences, performance metrics, and reporting structures for the function
Partnerships & Market Development
- Forge and nurture strategic relationships with leading education agencies, consultants, and institutional partners globally
- Represent Tetr at key agent conferences, education fairs, university engagements, and industry forums worldwide
- Lead high-stakes conversations with large agency groups and senior stakeholders
- Support the team on ground in priority markets, including student-facing events
Performance & Governance
- Track pipeline health, conversion, and enrollment performance across regions and drive consistent outcomes
- Ensure agent onboarding, agreements, and payouts follow robust processes and compliance standards
- Build reporting dashboards and present performance, insights, and market intelligence to leadership
- Continuously refine the operating model based on market feedback and results
The scope of this role will evolve as the function grows, and the mandate may extend to adjacent channels and initiatives over time.
What We're Looking For:
- 7-8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or channel management, with significant prior exposure to international education and student recruitment
- A proven track record of building or scaling agent networks and recruitment channels across global markets
- Strong existing relationships with leading education agencies and senior stakeholders
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales or partnerships teams
- Sound commercial judgement across agent agreements, commissions, and channel economics
- Comfort with data: pipeline metrics, funnel analysis, and performance reporting
- A builder's mindset, with the ability to set up and execute in zero-to-one environments
- Willingness to travel extensively across international markets for agent meetings, fairs, events, and university engagements
Good to Have
- Experience recruiting for postgraduate or master's programmes
- Exposure to multiple regions and familiarity with regional agent ecosystems
- Proficiency in one or more international languages
What We Offer
- A leadership seat in a fast-scaling global education organisation
- The opportunity to build a function, a team, and a global network from the ground up
- A high-ownership environment with direct access to leadership
- Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives
