Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for the position of Head of B2B Growth & Partner Ecosystem. Business head will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives to drive business expansion and customer acquisition. Key tasks include leading B2B marketing, handling customer retention team. Build strong partner ecosystem pan India and create a roadmap for achieving scalable revenue growth.
Partsbaba is on growth stage with 20000+ customer base with 8000+ B2B customers acquired in last 3 years.
Looking forward to grow business 3x in 2026-2027.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Growth Marketing, Customer Acquisition, and customer retention.
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on B2B markets
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to foster partnerships and drive team performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Experience working in e-commerce, IT hardware, or related industries is preferable
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and adapt to market trends.

- Entrepreneurial grit and ownership mindset is non-negotiable
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business from good college is preferred.
