🚀 We’re Hiring: Head of AI / AI Practice Lead
📍 Hybrid / Remote | 🧠13–20 Years Experience
We are looking for a visionary Head of AI / AI Practice Lead to drive our AI strategy and lead innovation at scale. This is a leadership role for someone passionate about building impactful, responsible, and enterprise-ready AI solutions.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Define and lead the organization’s AI vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Set up and drive an AI Innovation Lab for rapid experimentation and prototyping
- Deliver scalable AI solutions across business functions
- Establish and enforce responsible AI practices, including governance and compliance
- Build AI capability across teams through training, frameworks, and best practices
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- 13–20 years of overall experience with strong exposure to AI/ML leadership
- Experience in CRO, life sciences, or clinical research operations is highly preferred
- Proven track record in setting up AI governance frameworks and oversight processes
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive enterprise-wide adoption
