Job Title: AI Head (On-Site | Delhi)
We are looking for a highly driven AI Head to lead our artificial intelligence initiatives and build smart, scalable systems that improve operations, marketing, and creator workflows.
Location: Delhi (On-site)
Requirement: Must have a working laptop
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute AI strategy across the organization
- Build AI-driven workflows for influencer marketing, content ops, and reporting
- Automate manual processes using AI tools, APIs, and no-code/low-code platforms
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and content teams to integrate AI into daily work
- Identify new AI tools and implement them for productivity and scale
- Train internal teams on AI adoption and best practices
- Monitor AI performance and continuously optimize systems
Required Skills- Strong hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, automation tools, and AI workflows
- Understanding of prompt engineering, AI agents, and integrations
- Knowledge of Google Sheets automation, Zapier/Make, APIs, and no-code tools
- Ability to convert manual workflows into AI-powered systems
- Excellent problem-solving and execution mindset
- Prior agency experience is mandatory
- Experience in influencer marketing or creator economy is a plus
Eligibility- Immediate joiner preferred
- Must be based in Delhi
- Must have a personal working laptop
- Prior experience in AI implementation or automation roles preferred
