This is not a traditional ops role.
You will:
- Own the end-to-end agentic operating system
- Lead delivery across 150+ enterprise clients
- Be the face of our AI capabilities to global brands
- Shape how GenAI-powered workflows run in production
What You’ll Do
- Partner with enterprise leaders to turn business challenges into agentic solutions
- Build a high-velocity delivery engine (3–7 day sprints )
- Define gold standards for AI systems—quality, reliability, and scalability
- Lead production operations, observability, and incident response
- Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, SMEs & Sales
- Build and mentor a world-class team of operators and technologists
Who You Are
- 10+ years in engineering, automation, or delivery leadership
- Proven leader in multi-client, high-scale environments
- Strong executive presence with VP/C-level stakeholders
- Obsessed with metrics, systems thinking, and continuous improvement
- Passionate about AI, automation, and building what’s next
