Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for the Head of Agency - Brand Growth & Strategy role. The individual will lead comprehensive brand strategy, develop and manage marketing campaigns, and collaborate with internal creative teams to engineer innovative solutions for lifestyle and luxury brands. Responsibilities include overseeing brand storytelling, conducting market analyses, building client relationships, and driving growth through strategic initiatives. The role requires strong leadership abilities to mentor team members and ensure the delivery of high-quality, culturally relevant work.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Brand Strategy and Brand Management to define and maintain coherent brand narratives and positioning
- Proven knowledge in Brand Marketing and Marketing to design and execute powerful campaigns that drive growth and visibility
- Experience in Public Relations for cultivating relationships with media and influencers, as well as managing brand reputation
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively
- Strategic thinking ability with a focus on premiumization and long-term brand relevance
- Proficiency in guiding short-form video production, content direction, and influencer collaborations
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Prior experience working with luxury or lifestyle brands is highly desirable
- A proactive, disciplined approach to developing cultural authority and monetization strategies
