Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Advertising Sales, located in Punjab, India. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive advertising revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will lead the advertising sales team, provide mentorship, and ensure targets are achieved. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively and foster lasting partnerships.
- Proven abilities in Sales and Marketing to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for understanding market trends, customer needs, and making data-driven decisions.
- Team Management experience to lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and advertising sales platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
- Prior experience in the cable or media industry is a strong advantage.
