Role Description
The Head of Admissions will oversee and manage the student admissions process at Victorious Kidss Educares. Responsibilities include developing and executing student recruitment strategies, coordinating with the marketing team, managing inquiries and applications, ensuring an outstanding admissions experience, and building relationships with prospective parents and students. The role also involves organizing on-site tours, conducting interviews, and maintaining accurate records of admissions data. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune, requiring presence on campus during working hours.
Qualifications
- Admissions and enrollment management experience, with a proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and families.
- Proficiency in data management, record keeping, and admissions-related administrative tasks.
- Experience in educational institutions, preferably with familiarity in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program, is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with skills in team management and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant admissions software is helpful.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education, business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
