Head of Admissions
Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
Raghu is transitioning into a Deemed-to-be-University from next year and is entering a major growth phase, with new programmes. We’re looking for a Head of Admissions to build and lead admissions for this next phase.
What you’ll do
- Own the admissions number end to end: leads, counselling, applications, fee collection
- Build and manage our partner channel across schools, coaching centres, inter colleges and education consultants in AP and Telangana
- Set up a modern admissions engine: CRM, partner portal, tele-counselling team, and online application and entrance process
- Lead a team across field outreach, counselling, digital marketing and admissions operations
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years in higher-education admissions, with at least 3 years leading admissions at a private or deemed university in AP or Telangana
- A track record of filling self-financed seats, with numbers you can show
- Strong relationships with education consultants, schools and coaching networks in the region
- Comfortable running admissions on data: CRM, lead tracking, conversion funnels
- Telugu and English; based in or willing to relocate to Visakhapatnam
