Job Purpose :
The Head of Admissions & Outreach will lead and scale the student admissions and revenue function for Hamstech College of Creative Education. This role is responsible for driving enrolments across courses, strengthening lead generation and conversion processes, and building high- performing sales teams aligned with the institution’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute sales and admissions strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets. '
Drive lead generation initiatives across digital, tele-calling, referral, and on-ground channels.
Monitor sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Lead Generation & Conversion Management
Own the complete admissions funnel from lead acquisition to final enrolment.
Improve lead quality, conversion ratios, and follow-up effectiveness through process optimization.
Analyse lead sources, cost per lead, and ROI to maximize enrolments efficiency.
Team Leadership & Performance
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing admissions and sales team.
Define KRAs, KPIs, incentive plans, and productivity benchmarks for team members.
Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and capability-building initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns, lead quality, and messaging.
Coordinate with Academic, Training, and Operations teams for smooth student on boarding.
Act as a key liaison between management and execution teams.
Outreach activities to generate quality leads.
Systems, Process & Compliance
Ensure effective CRM usage and accurate sales MIS reporting.
Drive data-based decision-making and continuous process improvement.
Ensure ethical selling practices and compliance with institutional policies.
Brand & Market Representation
Represent Hamstech at education fairs, seminars, open houses, and outreach events.
Build trust with students, parents, and external partners.
Key Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of lead generation across digital, tele-calling, referral, and on ground channels.
Strong understanding of lead funnel management, qualification, nurturing, and conversion.
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze sales and lead performance metrics.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Result-oriented with high ownership and execution capability.
Qualifications & Experience MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
8–12+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in Education / EdTech / Services, marketing activities.
Proven track record of scaling teams and achieving aggressive enrolments targets.
