Head of Admissions / Admission Counsellor

Position Overview:
We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professionals for the role of Head of Admissions / Admission Counsellor / Marketing Manager to lead admissions, student counselling, outreach activities, and institutional marketing initiatives for the group’s schools and colleges.
The candidate will play a key role in increasing admissions, strengthening brand presence, developing outreach strategies, and building strong relationships with students, parents, schools, coaching institutes, and educational partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions & Counselling
· Handle admission enquiries for schools and colleges.
· Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, eligibility, and admission procedures.
· Manage the complete admission cycle from enquiry generation to final enrolment.
· Maintain student databases and follow-up systems.
· Coordinate with academic departments for admission-related processes.
· Ensure achievement of admission targets and conversion ratios.
Marketing & Outreach
· Develop and execute admission marketing strategies.
· Plan school connect programs, seminars, workshops, education fairs, and counselling drives.
· Build partnerships with schools, coaching centres, and educational consultants.
· Coordinate digital marketing activities with internal/external teams.
· Promote institutional visibility through branding and outreach campaigns.
· Identify new opportunities for student acquisition and market expansion.
Team Management and Co-ordination:
· Lead and guide the admissions and counselling team.
· Monitor daily counselling and lead-generation activities.
· Prepare reports on admissions performance, campaign effectiveness, and outreach activities.
· Coordinate with management for planning and execution of institutional growth strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Education, or related field.
· Experience in admissions, education counselling, institutional marketing, or business development preferred.
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work on targets and manage multiple institutions/campaigns.
· Knowledge of digital outreach and student engagement strategies will be an added advantage.
· Open to travel and field outreach activities.

Experience :
· minimum 10 years.
Job Location :
Delhi & Meerut ( Sitting in at Delhi Office. However weekly commute to Meerut branch)
*commute will be taken care by the organisation.
