Position Overview
The Head of Administration will lead and oversee the institution’s administrative operations, infrastructure management, facility services, operational coordination, and policy implementation to ensure seamless organizational functioning.
The role requires a highly organized and proactive leader capable of building efficient administrative systems, optimizing operational resources, and maintaining high standards of institutional support services.
Key Responsibilities Administrative & Operational Leadership
· Direct and manage day-to-day administrative operations across departments and facilities.
· Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.
· Ensure smooth coordination between academic, operational, and support functions.
· Lead organizational planning related to infrastructure, logistics, and operational efficiency.
Facility & Resource Management
· Oversee facility management including maintenance, transport, security, housekeeping, utilities, and infrastructure operations.
· Manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
· Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of organizational assets and resources.
· Monitor administrative budgets and optimize operational expenditures.
Compliance & Governance
· Ensure compliance with institutional policies, legal regulations, health & safety standards, and operational protocols.
· Develop risk mitigation systems and emergency response coordination procedures.
· Support audits, inspections, and compliance reporting requirements.
Team Leadership & Coordination
· Lead and mentor the administration and support staff teams.
· Drive operational efficiency, accountability, and service excellence across departments.
· Collaborate closely with leadership to support institutional goals and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
· MBA / Master’s Degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
· Minimum 8–12 years of experience in administration and operations leadership roles.
· Experience managing large institutions, educational campuses, hospitals, or multi-site operations preferred.
