Job Title: Head – Accounts & Finance (Manufacturing)
Location: Mumbai - Jharkhand-kolkata
Experience
Senior Finance leadership role responsible for end-to-end Accounts & Finance function in a Manufacturing setup.
Qualification
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations.
- Finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle Manufacturing Accounting, Plant Accounting, and Cost Accounting.
- Prepare Product Costing, Standard Costing, Process Costing, and Cost Sheets.
- Monitor Inventory Accounting, Stock Reconciliation, WIP, RM & FG valuation.
- Perform Cost Variance Analysis and Profitability Analysis.
- Prepare MIS, Budget, Forecast, Cash Flow, Fund Flow, and Working Capital reports.
- Ensure timely Month-end & Year-end Closing.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, E-Invoicing, E-Way Bills, and statutory compliances.
- Coordinate Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Cost Audit, and Tax Audit.
- Liaise with Auditors, Banks, Company Secretary, and Tax Consultants.
- Maintain Internal Financial Controls and SOP compliance.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and applicable accounting standards.
- Support Board Meetings, Audit Committee reporting, and financial presentations.
- Handle SEBI (LODR), Stock Exchange filings, and Listed Company compliance (preferred).
- Support Capital Market activities, Investor Reporting, and Corporate Governance (preferred).
- Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and financial controls.

Mandatory Requirements
- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Plant Accounts, Costing, Inventory, and Manufacturing Finance is essential.
- Exposure to Listed Company/Capital Market compliance will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from non-manufacturing backgrounds will not be considered.
