Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for the Head of Accounts at MyTimeEquity. The individual in this position will oversee account management activities, including financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning. Responsibilities include managing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, leading an accounts team, and contributing to process optimization. The role also involves collaborating closely with other departments to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in interpreting and solving complex financial data
- In-depth knowledge of Financial Statements and Finance principles
- Experience in Account Management, including building and maintaining client relationships
- Proven ability in Team Management, with a focus on motivating and developing a high-performing team
- Effective leadership and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field preferred
- CPA or similar accounting certification is an advantage
- Experience in structured notes or financial services is a plus
