Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head & Neck Onco Surgeon located in Rajkot. The position involves performing complex surgical procedures related to head and neck oncology, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to plan and execute tailored treatment strategies, contributing to patient care from diagnosis to post-treatment, and participating in continuous medical education and research initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. The role also includes close interactions with patients and their families, ensuring compassionate care and clear communication throughout the treatment journey.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Head & Neck Surgery and advanced Surgical Oncology techniques
- Proficiency in relevant domains such as Orthopedic Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Ophthalmology
- Strong background in Medicine with specialization in oncology-related care
- Commitment to patient-centric care with excellent decision-making and communication skills
- Experience in multidisciplinary team environments for collaborative treatment planning
- Board certification in surgical oncology or relevant specialization
- Familiarity with the latest medical technologies, surgical procedures, and diagnostic tools
- Dedication to continuous learning, research, and advancing medical science
- Experience in clinical trials or evidence-based practice is a plus
