We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Metal QC
function. This role requires a strong technical expert with deep knowledge of metal defects,
quality variations in finished jewellery, and the ability to build and scale a robust QC
framework. The ideal candidate should be presentable, client-facing, and capable of
representing the organization in high-level discussions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Metal QC function across all operations.
Identify, analyse, and control metal defects and variations in finished jewellery pieces.
Establish and implement quality standards, SOPs, and inspection protocols.
Build, mentor, and strengthen a high-performing Metal QC team.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce
defects.
Collaborate with production, design, and other departments to ensure end-to-end
quality assurance.
Represent the organization in client meetings and industry discussions related to
Metal QC.
Benchmark processes against leading industry players.
Stay updated with best practices followed by manufacturing.
Ensure strong client communication and provide technical insights during audits or
reviews.
Address current gaps in the QC function and implement corrective and preventive
actions.

In-depth knowledge of metal QC processes, defects, and quality variations in

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (fluent in English).
