We’re at an exciting stage of growth and are looking for someone to lead the next phase — someone who can think like an owner and build like a founder.
The Role
You will lead and scale revenue across all channels — D2C (website, WhatsApp, Instagram), offline experiences, and retail partnerships — while shaping Varq into a strong, demand-led brand.
This is a P&L ownership role, focused on building and scaling, not just managing.
What You Will Own
- End-to-end revenue growth
- Channel mix evolution (D2C, MBO, offline experiences)
- Customer acquisition and repeat behaviour
- Sell-through performance and inventory efficiency
What You’ll Do
Drive Growth Strategy
- Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build a clear channel-wise roadmap across D2C, offline, and retail
Build the D2C Engine
- Drive conversions across Instagram → WhatsApp → purchase
- Optimise website experience
- Lead collection drops, festive edits, and conversion-led campaigns
- Build CRM and retention systems
Expand Offline Presence
- Conceptualise and execute pop-ups, exhibitions, trunk shows, and private showcases
- Identify high-potential cities, audiences, and formats
- Build repeatable offline playbooks
Strengthen Retail Channels
- Optimise existing MBO network through better assortment, sell-through, and replenishment
- Move towards more controlled, brand-led retail formats
Own Merchandising & Inventory Thinking
- Track bestsellers, margins, and slow-moving SKUs
- Work closely with operations to improve inventory turns and reduce dead stock
Lead Cross-Functionally
- Work closely with content, brand, and operations teams
- Translate brand and marketing efforts into revenue outcomes
Build Systems
- Set up sales dashboards and reporting
- Build and grow a strong customer database
- Bring structure to lead tracking and conversion
Who This Is For
- Someone with experience in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands
- Has worked in a fast-growing D2C environment
- Strong understanding of Instagram-led commerce, WhatsApp selling, and offline activations
- Highly commercial, numbers-driven, and execution-focused
