Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for the Head - Luxury Interior Design and Execution and that involves full time traveling. 4 days a week atleast in Lonavala where we are coming up with Experience Center and Japanese restaurant. The role involves leading the end-to-end interior design vision and execution for luxury projects. Responsibilities include managing design timelines, coordinating with project, engineering, procurement, and onboarding, handling and supervising vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure high-quality finishes and on-time delivery. The role also includes developing interior design standards, reviewing material and product selections, managing budgets for interior works, and conducting regular site visits to monitor execution quality and design integrity. The Head will mentor team members, present concepts to senior leadership and clients, and continuously explore new design trends, materials, and technologies suited to luxury townships.
