Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as the SME for Patient Services, driving innovation in patient engagement, access, adherence, and support programs
Lead consulting engagements focused on patient services transformation, including access, onboarding, adherence, and long-term support programs.
Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, shaping proposals, and expanding client relationships.
Design and implement end-to-end patient support programs leveraging platforms like Salesforce Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Gen AI- Agentic AI accelerators.
Develop consulting offerings and reusable assets in patient services, including accelerators, playbooks, and maturity models.
Oversee multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact patient services transformation programs.
Ensure alignment with client objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
Must have skill set
15+ years of experience in life sciences consulting, with at least 5 years in patient services strategy and execution.
Proven track record of leading large-scale patient support programs across Pharma or Medtech clients
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Veeva CRM, and patient data platforms.
Deep understanding of patient engagement platforms, CRM, consent management, and digital health tools.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
